Guarantees and Adjustments
All of Paragon Orthotic Laboratory custom orthotic devices are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of shipment. If patient compliance becomes a problem during this period, Paragon will adjust your orthotic devices, change any component deemed necessary, or issue an appropriate credit to the practitioner’s account. Cosmetic changes, as well as additions from the original Rx, will require an additional charge.
Defects in materials or workmanship are guaranteed for six months. Breakage of shells are guaranteed for life. paragon requires that the original orthotic device be returned to the laboratory with the change order. This guarantee does not apply to devices which have been damaged, altered, or subjected to extreme or unusual treatment.
Outgrowth Program
One free pair of orthotics will be made for a child age 12 or under who has outgrown their orthotics within 18 months from the date of the original order.
Volume Discounts
Accounts that do not have a preset agreed upon price and that are current as of the last business day of the month will receive a volume discount based on the following:
10-19 pairs per month = 5% discount
20-55 pairs per month = 10% discount
56-174 pairs per month = 15% discount
175+ pairs per month = Negotiable
Discounts are calculated on new orthotic orders only. Pairs received other discounts are not eligible. Payment from previous month’s statement must be received in order to qualify for volume discounts.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, e-transfer, or cheque for payment of accounts.
Professional Courtesy
One pair of orthotics for practitioner’s personal use may be made at no charge after the receipt of two regular orders. Practitioners are eligible for one free pair of orthotics per year for their personal use.
Practitioner’s immediate family andoffice staff receive a 25% discount on all pairs.
Specialty Materials
We make every attempt to accommodate new practitioners who prefer materials that are not within Paragon’s current material inventory. Please feel free to contact us and we will do everything we can to source out the material or product that you prefer.
Terms
We establish and open an account upon the placement of the first order. Invoices are sent with each order, and a statement is sent monthly.
Our average turnaround time is 5-7 business days. We have 24/48/72 hour Rush service for a $40/$30/$20 fee.
